Trailer Planning, Storyboard ideas

I am planning out my trailer with my partner and this is what we have so far. We have mapped out the camera angles, roughly how long each scene will take, we have some locations down and already thought about casting characters. This complies of the first 5 shots where the main character will be introduced along with his wife, we get to see the life of the gangster and how it affects his wife. The firs shot will be a long shot of our actor charlie and then a close up of our main character with his wife with the both of them lying i bed this will be a close up

The next shot is my favourite, it will be another long shot but this time we zoom into our character.
We thought of including a chase scene but we feel that we may not be able to execute that so it may get scraped in future along with the bar fight scene due to it beeing to hard try something like that and get a bar that would allow us to do this.

Trailer Analysis

I really like the trailer there are some elements that work well and others that don't but lets focus on the details of this trailer. This trailer includes many conventions you would see in a real one and some that have been developed on. It includes a disclaimer title to tell people who the film is catered towards to, camera angles to complement the mood of the movie and the film title. The soundtrack goes really well with the trailer it is what gives it more emotion especially the second half. I feel that it could of been improved in terms of making things more clearer  because it is fairly difficult to tell who the protagonist or antagonist is if you watch without knowing about the story.
